I think I try rowing for a little while, and take the advise of focusing on abs and upper body. Maybe some light (and I mean) light leg workouts. The elyptical doesnt hurt it but every time I try to run, the hip pain comes back. So frusturating!<br /><br />Oh and I am right there with you on weather... That's lower impact and might help.
