Hey ya'll. I figured I'd start a page dedicated to my favorite workouts, as I discover them. :)
Kettlebell Workout
+ 4 x 10 Turkish Roll-Ups
+ 3 x 10 Squat Swings
+ 3 x 10 Curl to Overhead Arm raise (each arm)
Military Workout
This is by far NOT a favorite, but it is a good workout when you don't have any equipment!
