Back in The Gym!

Workout: 30 minutes weights (arms) / 30 minutes elliptical / 50 crunches

Heck yeah back in the gym! It felt so nice to go back after my break! By break I mean stuck at work sitting on my behind going absolutely crazy! :) It was a pretty great workout though. Went at just the right time, it wasn't crowded, there was football on the screen, and I just thoroughly enjoyed myself. 

I love this feeling. This is why I keep going. I like the results I see, but the best part is definitely how you feel afterwards. It's amazing. :)


  1. I echo your love of being in the gym! Wish I had time to go today, but instead I'm braving the night cold and going for a run outside lol.

  2. I know what you mean! Working out gives me the most amazing feeling too! Talk about a rush of energy!
